the process
1.Fill out the form
Fill out the form with your specifics and I'll be in touch within 24 hours.
2.Call or Meet up
Next, we will schedule a call or meeting (local to McDonough, GA) to discuss in further detail about your day. This step is optional if you are comfortable with text or email communication.
3.sign contract + pay deposit
Once everything is decided on, you will review and sign the contract. A 30% non-refundable retainer is due at contract signing. You are not fully booked until the retainer is paid.
4.Engagement session
If you choose to utilize the complimentary engagement session included in your wedding package, you can expect those images back around two weeks from the session date.
5.timeline consultation
I'll send you a questionnaire to learn more about the details of the day and complete a rough draft timeline for you to approve.
6.best day ever!!
All the details for your day will be finalized at least a month in advance. Then all that's left is to capture your best day ever! You can expect a handful of sneak peeks in 24 hours and the final gallery within 4-6 weeks.
FAQ
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes, I'll travel wherever your love takes us! Travel fees are dependent upon method of travel (car or plane) and whether or not overnight stay is required and may apply to engagement sessions as well.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Cashapp.
Checks will not be accepted. Photos will not be delivered without full payment being made.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans can be made to fit your schedule. I only require that the balance is paid in full no later than five business days before your wedding.
I also offer Klarna and Affirm.
How long is the engagement session? Travel fees?
Complimentary engagement sessions are roughly 2 hours. Local travel is included, anything over one hour from McDonough one way will require a travel fee.
Any location fees (parking, entry, reservation, etc) are not included and will need to be covered by you.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Engagement sessions are returned within 2 weeks. Weddings are returned in 4-6 weeks. Sneak peeks are sent in 24 hours for weddings.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Connected to your gallery is an online storefront where you can purchase albums, however you have the freedom to print from wherever you choose.
***Please note that I am not responsible for any color or quality discrepancies should you choose to print somewhere other than my print store.
Do you offer refunds?
Retainers are 30% of the total collection cost. They are non-refundable.
